Bryan T. Welch

Bryan began consulting with International Leverage on select projects on a part time basis in 2004 and joined full time in 2007. Bryan has a strong engineering background and has experience in business strategy development and operations management.

Bryan focuses on understanding customer needs and requirements and finding solutions. Bryan’s strengths lie in his ability to dissect complex situations into a task specific solution plan.

As a Business Unit Manager, Bryan led a large group of people in the development and launch of a $125 M product line. Bryan’s responsibilities included Customer Relationship Management, Product Design and Development, and Process Design and Development.

Bryan holds an MBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and a B.S.M.E from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
