Select Professional Experience

Besides auditing and consulting the companies above, we have been involved in coordinating a private highway construction project, which is invested at about RMB 6.5 billion (>$750M). On behalf of the investor, the team does the following tasks:

• To negotiate with local governments for purchasing land and relocating the residents, and for governments' supporting during the construction;
• Invite biddings to select designers, construction companies, and quality control companies;
• Review all the contracts before signing, check implementation of the contracts during the construction, and take actions if need;
• Control investment before, during, and after construction;
• To get all kinds of certificates, approvals and licenses needed before, during, and after construction.

Education & Training
Clark has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from SUNY-Buffalo.
